WHAT DOWNLOAD FORMAT ARE THE LIBARIES?
All libraries are compatible with Vectorworks 2023/24 and are .vwx format. There will also be a PDF file containing all elements as an overview as well as an instruction guide on how to use the libraries. The files are not intended to be use with other software programs and will not be compatible.
ARE THE FILES COMPATIABLE WITH OLDER VERSIONS OF VECTORWORKS?
All libraries are compatible with Vectorworks 2023/24 and are .vwx format. For versions compatible with older Vectorworks software please contact me and I will email a download link with the right file format.
ARE THE SYMBOLS/ELEMANTS 2D or 3D?
The symbols are in 2D plan view as well as elevation. All symbols are created as saleable drop-in Elements for easy use and are hand-drawn. All symbols can be modified; colour, opacity, linework, etc. Plant symbols are created as smart symbols and contain all information relevant to a plant schedule such as mature height, mature spread, pot size, botanical name, and common name; again, these can be modified if required.
CAN I GET A REFUND?
At LD Graphics Australia, subject to our terms and conditions and applicable law we are committed to providing quality digital plant symbols that meet the needs of our customers. Due to the nature of our products being digital, we are unable to offer refunds once a purchase has been made.

Digital products are delivered instantly, and once downloaded, cannot be returned subject to our terms and conditions and applicable law. Furthermore, it's important to note that requesting a refund while continuing to use our models, either currently or in the future, would be unfair to us as a creator and provider of digital goods.
